We are thrilled to team up with our bread suppliers - Love Bread to run these fermentation courses at their premises in Brighouse
In these workshops we will explore the ancient technique of lacto-fermentation. This uses beneficial microorganisms to preserve and transform vegetables into tasty and healthful foods. From Sauer krauts, kimchi to fermented chilli sauces, we will taste and make a range of fermented foods.
